even though sunday dinners almost always turn out to be huge productions, i still look forward to being together with family. it's a great start to a new week.
so today we went to pick out paint for nan's house. the painter comes monday, so it could not be put off to another day. it was hard picking paint for our house, and harder to pick out for someone else. so we had several colors to pick. the one for the living room was the hardest. the one we originally chose was to dark for her taste. we also had to pick a yellow for her middle bedroom and something for her laundry room and guest bathroom. the color for her room was already picked, so was the one for her kitchen. we also had to finalize the flooring. all in all it was stressfull, but it ended well. we closed our night with dinner with jared at claim jumpers. i had the savory roasted pork loin. it was simply delicious. this diet that we started this week left me very hungry all day today. i was glad to sit down to a great dinner that i did not have to cook.
well, another weekend is close to an end, and new week is about to begin. how greatful i am to be able to have a job when so many are without one. i've been trying not to complain about my job. it's hard at times, but then i remember how it would be if i had no job. i'm way too human sometimes and complain too much. well, have a happy new week. luv all of you, el
